my email on my pc is set up using outlook and im trying to use it on my ipad aswell.I have tried bt s way on their help pages but does not work i have spoke to them on the phone and they have no idea have have also spoken to vodafone but they said ask apple any ideas please

You can actually set up your email like any other email services to your iPad. You just have to do it right. Let me know what type of problem you encountered.

the smtp server
"smtp btconnect.com" doesnt support password authentication.Please check your account settings and try again.I said this to BT and they told be to get in touch with phone supplier.
