i have asked for the above was informed that i needed an engineers visit to put in line. waited in all day for engineer who didn't come. then informed that had remotely changed a phone number that wasn't mine to take this line. How do i get someone to understand that i can't connect a homehub to thin air. I am very frustrated as no one listens to what the issue. Can anyone point me in the direction of someone who can help
