Did you mean:

there's more on the Menu Editor

I've just fiddled with it again, and now I have a new 'sub-menu item' and a 'new button' appearing on my menu.  Smiley Surprised  Can't delete them because the dialogue boxes cover up all the choices.  I looked on the tutorial and it's ESW 7.4, but it still has the previous menu editor instructions on it.

thanks

This is currently a known bug that BT are aware of and are investigating. It only seems to affect Internet Explorer so if you use a different browser for the time being (Firefox, Opera, Safari, etc) it will work fine.

Thanks Dave.  I rang BT today at work and they are going to call me tomorrow am with an anticipated fix date.  They suggested that I should use Firefox 3 in the meantime.  I'll take a look at that tonight and see if I can download it.  They will also hopefully let me have some instructions because now I've got three unwanted buttons on my menu!!

Also found out that the VAS desk is open until 8pm which is good.  They also gave me another freephone number to call and a PIN, which I guess you get when you have an unresolved query.  Calling the 0845 600 7020 number though took me nearly 30 mins to be transferred to the VAS desk as frontline didn't want to transfer.  But they did in the end.  So - hopefully I could be up and running soon.
