web adress not showing up my webpage

hey there my i have set up my web page and am using the hosting provided by bt for my client and  went i put the address in the domain forwarding box it will not forward for me just comes up as  the website declined to show this web page

Whats the domain name your forwarding too and whats the BT domain?  So I can have a look.
