I used to be a partner in a small business with BT Gigabit fibre. That business closed down and I was told by BT that I would have to pay early termination fees. They said I could move the account to my new business that was just me on my own. The problem is I live in a small village that BT could only supply a 60mb line which was too slow. I was told the early termination fee was £2700.

Under protest I felt I had no option but to accept and ended up paying £68+vat per month for this rubbish 60mb.

The new service has been a disaster, it is too slow, the promised port of my old phone number still hasn't been completed (from September last year) it is now June, they haven't got a bill correct yet (first one was for £680 !!

 

I'm sick of this and just want to get out, what are my options?
