I have a .eu doman name that I wanted to use for BT smarthosts email. Apparently BT only support a few domain suffixes, so I cant use my .eu domain. lnitially customer support said it was policy, then it was a Microsoft problem (i checked with Microsoft and they do support .eu), then they said the fix was about six months away. I can't find which suffixes are supported - does anyone know what suffixes are supported, or if there is a work-around to enable me to use the .eu suffix for email?
