I received an email from BT offering 6 months of Perkbox for 20 employees if we renew our broadband package. Has anyone else had any success with this?

Really sorry you've had some problems with this.
I haven't found out all the process, but I can get a new activation code sent to you.
I'll PM you for the details I need.
When I know what the process is, I'll update this post and the FAQ.

I also had a similar issue we just renewed with BT based on an offer including 6 months free membership of perkbox. The email said that we would receive the codes within a week, but nothing. I have contacted BT customer services but they have no clue about this. How do I get the codes?
