I am at a complete loss on what the issue is and we need to be up and running Monday morning. We have spent many hours this weekend trying to work out why our Draytek 2850 router works normally with all networks and even BT Home [at our house] but NOT with BT Business [at our warehouse].
We have just moved premsises and this is a new contract with BT.
At our new warehouse, the internet works PERFECTLY via the BT Business Hub but not with our Draytek 2850n which has VDSL2 and what we need to use.

Note I have already tried a range of usernames including M333303@hg70.btclick.com which is what has been given to us by BT. I have checked this several times with BT and also the password.
We are on BT Business Infinity.
Does anyone have any ideas on where we are going wrong?

The normal helpdesk would not be able to look at the settings in your Draytek, we do have our IT support Managers that you can speak to on 0800 500 247, who are able to help with non BT routers.
