I have just upgraded today to FTTP using new SH2 however unlike my previous BT hub there is no guest mode? Unless i have missed it in settings...seems like a backward step to leave this feature out on new hub version.
Guest Wi-Fi should be available on the SH2 with the latest firmware update as per the screenshot. You'd be able to switch this on via the Public Wi-Fi section in your hub manager. If you need it, here is some information on accessing hub manager: How to access the Smart Hub Manager | BT Business
