Earlier this week we had fibre broadband installed.
Since then, I have been unable to log into my btconnect.com email address.
I can log into the bt.com home page ok, but using the same credentials no longer gives me access to my emails.
When I try to access my email, I'm given the option to reset my password. When I try this I simply get an error message to say my email account is now locked and I need to speak to support within my organisation. We're just a small family business so don't have an IT department.
Please can anyone give me some help.
