I need to change the display name on a btconnect.com email address. We access email through Outlook. I have tried to do this but can't edit the name and am told to contact our IT department or admin. There are only two of us in the office and no IT support. The person whose name is currently displayed is retiring soon so I don't want his name to be on the outgoing emails. Any ideas please?
