I recently ran into an unusual issue with my full fibre connection. Out of the blue, my Smart Hub 3 stopped connecting to the network. I replaced it with a brand-new Smart Hub 3, but the problem persisted. At first, I reused the same power adapter, assuming it couldn’t be the cause.
On a hunch, I later swapped the power supply for a new one and the connection came back instantly. To be sure, I tested both hubs with the new adapter, and they worked perfectly. This confirmed that the original power supply had failed, even though it wasn’t obvious at first.
