Hi - lots of the emails I send - to individuals not mass mailings - from by btconnect.com account (which also forwards from an outlook.com account) are ending up in peoples' junk folders. I've read about SPK, DKIM and DMARC but presume these two major domains automatically configure these. Any help welcome.
