we need to get the screen pop for the CLI 

is there a connector , SDK which can be use to get this 

for C# Dot Net 

also in BT Voice Cloud does it has to have a TSP Server

BT Cloud Voice can provide CRM Connect which is an application for Windows desktop that integrates common CRM applications into BT Cloud Voice. It enables screen pops based calling information, click-to-dial and call history etc…

Please contact your BT sales office and they can assist further with this feature.

but CRM connect  is for some proprietory DB's 

whereas we need it for our bespoke software

all we need is CTI LINK like for cisco ip phones

I have been contact (call/email ) local business sales team for nearly 6 months and there is no response 

they have been waiting for the technical team for ever,

imagine if we go live and there is a problem if it is gonna be same then it will run down our business continuity
