Since the SIM swop out by BT Onephone in April / May 2024 I have had problems with the BT One phone APP and now the BT Onephone portal.
I am unable to log on to the app to enable features such as 'out of office'
I am unable to log on to the BT Onephone portal so I am unable to manage anything to do with the account.
I have had ongoing conversations with the only point of contact, their India call centre, with no change in the fault.
I am told it is a major server and syncing issue therefore affecting all users. However, no solution has been found.
are there other BT Onephone users experiencing the same problems ?
