I've recently opened a BT Business account for broadband. I've received an email with a "See your bill here" hyperlink. When I click, it takes me to a site that requires me to register. In order to register, I need to enter the account number that is on my bill. So, i's a bit chicken and egg! Is there any way around this? The call center or IM chat service for BT Business are not open when I am available - after 6pm.
