I'm hoping someone can help me please?As a BT business customer we renewed and upgraded to a full fibre system and since it was installed on the 19th December I have not had one inbound call.
Please help! We are a small business and have had no new business for 6 weeks. Countless telephone calls with all the departments blaming each other with no resolution in sight.
We have had this number 18 years with the last two being with BT... I don't understand how this can happen?
