Digital line no incoming calls

Hi 

We’ve had our digital line installed 2 weeks ago still can’t receive incoming calls can only call out. Spoke with BT technical team multiple times no help and no further forward. Really need this issue sorted

You have already spoken to technical support but there has not been any progress, so the next step is to escalate it formally, asking for a line test and service activation check and pushing for a fault ticket to be raised so that the engineering team can fix it.

If you can make outgoing calls but aren't receiving incoming ones, it could be an issue with the number provisioning, call routing, or the digital voice service on BT's end rather than your equipment.

Since you've already contacted BT Technical Support multiple times without a resolution, I'd recommend asking for the case to be escalated to their Digital Voice/Provisioning team. Also, ask them to verify that your phone number has been fully activated and correctly routed for incoming calls.

Hopefully they can get this resolved for you soon.
