Hi there, we are a small business. About a week ago a digital service provider disconnected us from BT without our authorisation leaving us with just a one line 4g mobile phone service meaning we are missing calls and custom. The service provider is not responding to our emails and blaming Openreach when we speak to them on the telephone. We would be grateful for any advice? Many thanks
