Export Caller ID

I used to have a caller ID box to capture the caller ID information from the telephone line for my Point of Sales computer. After moving to Cloud Voice Express, I have no way to connect the IP connection to my Caller ID box. I can rewrite my POS program to capture the caller ID from BT. Could you advise who the department in BT can provide the intergration method? Many thanks,
