BT Cloud Voice Portal - Export Calls Problem

Hi there

Does anyone use the BT Cloud Voice Portal to export call logs to download as CSV's?

I've set my filter to the last 30 days and export all calls for the site, but it just sits there for ever.

I'm trying this using Chrome, so when you press F12 for the web browser's debug window you can see timeout errors and server error 500 showing up.

Tried clearing the cache and other browsers such as Edge and Firefox, but the same results are given.

I'm sorry to hear the export feature isn't working. Have you spoken to our Cloud Voice team regarding this?
