I recently signed up for BT Broadband - 28th April - and was wondering how you can claim the M&S Voucher for signing up as per the offer which BT gave. I don't have an email to respond to and nobody i've spoken to knows what do to. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers

If Emma has no luck via the offer or BT contact then I note that the offer was produced by BT's "Group Commercial Contracts".
Now if you google BT Group Commercial Contracts then several names pop up - notably those in Linkedin; and specifically a G. Clegg; so you have the ability to contact via linkedin or email - format is forename.surname(at)bt.com

I have no idea how to get in touch with anyone at BT who would know about this M&S voucher option. It clearly stated on the internet links whilst loading the information to buy the broadband packages about this voucher. You had until end of April to get the voucher offer.... it's a mystery and so very frustrating.

i also signed up with the m&s offer - i also had sainsbury vouchers included and they have already arrived but as yet i have not received the m&s vouchers - the link below should take you to the page you require. you will need a vol number - i obtained mine when i rang to enquire why i could nt get bt sport working - once i input the information i was told it would take around 30 days - hope this helps
