Hi everyone, I didn't know where to post this so I thought here might work, but I've been through everything I can think of and that the BT call person advised and now I've got to wait 2 weeks for a technician to come round. Would there be any way for me to fix this so I don't have to be stuck on 1 bar of 4g signal for a while?

Is your broadband working? Your Hybrid Connect should only kick in if your Broadband is down.
