As of 15 December 2025, BT has closed all Redcare services. If you had been relying on Redcare services, you should speak to your alarm maintenance provider to understand your available options.
Minimising disruption
Since 2024, we’ve kept the industry informed at every step and worked closely with our customers to prepare for the closure of this service.
The newer range of Redcare products has been transferred to AddSecure, where they will continue to be monitored as usual.
These products are also available for new installations and can be purchased directly through AddSecure by calling 0204 614 3170. To learn more, you can read about our collaboration with AddSecure.
