I've got a 2Wire router, supplied by BT as a homeworker package.
I inherited a Grandstream and spigate account. Just plugging the phone into the router (via the NETWORK port, not the phone port) works OK, but the quality is terrible, and after about 5 minutes, calls can get dropped.
Is there a QoS setting I can change in the router to tell it that there's a VOIP phone going over it ?
