Hi. You can probably call the sales team regarding this. They'll most possibly be happy to answer you because of the incentives they might have.

Tried that but the guy at the other end didn't have any idea what I was talking about!!

The trial is an Openreach trial, not a BT retail trial and so it is unlikely that any sales team would know about it, especially at my favourite telco /sarcasm.

There is a document here that details where the trial will be running.

We will be involved in the trial which will take place in the following locations: Bradwell Abbey, Highams Park, Ilford Central, Leytonstone, York and Wembley.

We will contact customers who are eligible for these new speeds.
