I have a 3rd party domain hosted with an "external" host, I contacted BT earlier to set up mail relay as noted in the support section which I was told was successful.
I configured Outlook 2007 using the instructions here:

Unsuccessfully, I had various error messages.
I've set up the mail account on a machine at home, (Virgin ISP), using the 3rd party hosts settings and all works fine. The issue is definitely with Bt's pop and smtp settings.
Has anyone else had any similar issues, I waited for an hour on Online Chat and gave up, although it stated the waiting time was 7 minutes and I was first in the queue - I tried phoning but was on hold for ages and gave up.
If anyone can post POP and SMTP settings, particularly port numbers (perhaps authentication details) I'd appreciate it. I've tried a lot of the variances I've found within the help sections, but to no avail.
(I'm looking for POP details only IMAP isn't necessary)
As I mentioned earlier, it's a BT Business Email Lite package, using 3rd party domain hosted elsewhere.

I can find the instruction for setting up BT with Outlook 2010? Or can I use this same instruction?
