5 statics, moved to infinity, now I have no statics

Should these have ported over?

I'm assuming these should have followed my account.

I've tried to set them up on my fortinet, and have tried my cisco 2600.

Both devices were set up to do the PPP authentication.

This configuration works on other customer sites, and is the exact same way I used my statics before (Unnumbered)

This seems to be resolved.

The static addresses were not being correctly assigned to my device, as a trace route to them terminated somewhere in the BT network.

I now have the router address unnumbered against the wan interface on my cisco and all my public addresses are now successfully natted to internal services.

Hi Mark,

They should have been kept on your account during the move to Infinity, everything should be the same really

is it Multi or Single Statics,

if its multi what happens when you assign an IP to a Device are you getting web, if not do you get web when everything is set to Obtain Auto

Cheers
