Emails from our shared server are getting rejected by BT's mail server with following error message.

SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection: host mx.bt.lon5.cpcloud.co.uk [65.20.0.49]: 522 IP REPUTATION BAD (please check for IP address listing on reputation services.

We have checked the IP reputation and the RBL database and the IP is not listed in any RBL and have the reputation as good as per senderbase.
Most of our client are suffereing due to this listing of IP address in your database.
We tried contacting you before over postmaster address as well but no response.
Could you please help us with the exact reason for the IP listing in your database ?
