A Record Repoint

Hi, I've got my website hosted on a Media Temple Server, and bought my domain name off BT so want to point it to where it's being hosted, but when I change the A Record, save, come out of it and go back in, it's reset itself to what it was before, is this normal?

Maybe its locked so that BTs customers cant mess stuff up.
