I spoke to a lady today that has had a positive experience with Business local !?! and said she has had a deicated agent assist her all the way with transfering back to BT !!!!
I'm curious as to whether anyone else has had a similar positive outcome ??
I'm not sure on the dedicated agent but I think there might be an extra charge to have one dedicated for your account.
No ISP I think has 100% of their customers satisfied but I would trust their support team and follow their every instructions.
Every time we come into contact with BT it is HELL! they haven't got a clue what they are doing over there. I spoke to a colleague of mine who said she did temp work with bt and this is what she told me. "Most people who work there are temporary workers. Most of the time we had no idea what the customers were on about, and we'd pass them from department to department, or put them on hold and if they didn't hang up after 20 min we would hang up on them. The managers were also badly paid and when they saw employees doing this they laughed and found it funny, thus encouraging it."
Don't bother complaining, because that is all that will happen, they will abuse and ignore you. Dealing with them is a waste of time!!
