Absolute disgrace

I ordered BT broadband and telephone for my business on 21st May to bring over my previous talktalk number to BT. The order went to delayed which I didn't have a problem with but on Wednesday 11th June my telephone went dead and I could not receive any calls. On Thurs 12th June I was told by someone at the porting team they would fix the problem by the end of the day. On Fri 13th still no line and more lies it would be fixed soon, all the time my business was without a phone losing me custom and orders. Sat 14th still nothing and the added bonus the useless team I need to speak to don't work on a weekend, nice one BT. Its now Monday 16th June and I've spent an hour trying to reexplain my simple request, to make things worse I've now been told I do have a phone line, great I hear you say, oh but a completely different number. This is without doubt the worse experience I've ever had with any company, no one has been willing to take any responsibility or even help, I'm lost for words and don't know how BT has got away with such shocking customer service for so long.
