Hi, I'm connecting a gateway device for Microsoft Lync to an ISDN30 circuit. 25 channels are active on our ISDN30 circuit, but how do I find out which are not active?
We've experienced some issues of long pauses when trying to make a phone call and think it's due to the gateway device trying to send a call out an inactive channel.
