Access from Overseas

My website developer in India is really struggling to upload the site to web hosting space.  They get the below message, can anyone help?

'SORRY.

To offer maximum protection for our customers, we have restricted access to Manage services from locations outside of the UK. If you request urgent attention please contact us via email or chat online directly with our Technical Support department. Return to product page.'

Hi dt1mm5,

I am sorry to see that your website developer is not able to access your account from outside of the UK.

If they go to https://hosting.hostingbt.com/OS4/index.php

Then login with your ftp username and password they will be able to access the webhosting account from outside of the UK.
