Accessing bt website applications

When I log in to BT website center and try to access any of the applications I get message:

You are now logged out of BT Website Centre, please close this window.

Any help

It is not a probem with the operating system or browser. It is an authentication problem between the BT Myoffice page and the Website Centre.

 

Try resetting the FTP password. If this fails, contact BT support as it may be that your website centre is suspended (or doesn't exist).

Are you still experiencing the issue? If you are can you private mail me the name you are logging in with and any domain / account details so I can ask someone to check the account.

i still have this problem. i can not access the BTWesite Center each time i get the message I have been logged out

Could you briefly describe the steps you're taking to get to the point where you're attempting to access the Website Center. Also if you care to share your domain name, this would help in further assessing.

Hi there,

Are you on a Mac by any chance?  I've seen this before with Mac users trying to access pages like that via Safari.  When they switched to Firefox it worked like a charm.
