Sorry for coming through the forums with this, but can't get anyone else in BT to speak with me about this.
I have just taken on managing the web presence for a small company. their websites have been set up and managed by the father who has now retired from the business and is a bit uncooperative on this issue. Their current website is on an odd domain name, but I have found an old site of thiers with a more descriptive domain name.
They can't find any documentation but a WHOIS search has BT Connect as the registrar.
Who do I need to speak to to get account details sent out to the site owner again?
