New web site

I have just uploaded a new website, and when I go to view it, I get the BT advert "The domain name has been registered by BT" etc, advertising their upgrade??. Or, if I try to view through iWeb (which I made the site on) it comes up with the page "Not Found  The requested URL /Waterford_Development was not found on this server"???

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Richard

Be sure to upload the files into the public folder. The page you are seeing is just the default page that comes up if no index file is found. Also check to see what you site's homepage is called, it would need to be a format recognized by the server by default or there would need to be a .htaccess somewhere in your webspace to alter this.
