It has been now 8 weeks, 11 E mails and 3 complaint E mails to BT to find a solution to access to my website.
I cannaccess my website, therefore my Business has had any visibility for 8 weeks. I can edit the information on it etc.
All that I get from BT is very long waits on the telephone and then after a minimum of 45 minutes somebody will advise me that somebody is still looking into the problem and that BT will be in touch with me very shortly.
BT Management seems to have no empathy for their users and understanding on the impact that these problems have the business. The irony is that BT are still debiting my account for the website that I cannot have access to!
I really do not know whether you all have had this type of problem if you did then BT has a huge issue on their hands that should be resolved immediately.
