Activating BT Eshop and activating my current domain with it!

Hello i'm really sorry this is a newbee question, I have purchased the BT Eshop and am having a hard time activating it, I have tried following the instructions but not having anyluck, I'm currently on the Starter webhosting package do i need to upgrade? All the instructions seem to ask you to select options that aren't available or don't exist on my "Myoffice" any help/guides will be really appretiated i have looked everywhere and tried many things with still no luck.

To activate your BT eShop Log into Your account with your primary username and password. You should have received these in your welcome emails. Select Manage Services. Click on Activate your hosting package within the alert messages. The Choose primary domain name page is displayed. Follow the on-screen instructions. Click on Save changes when completed.
