Hi guys,
We've recently purchased some more DDIs and need to set them up on our BCM450 via Business Element Manager (BEM).
I've added them in BEM (Configuration -> Telephony -> Lines -> Target Lines) in the same way that our existing DDIs are listed. I've then logged into Call Pilot Manager to point the DDIs line to the callcentre skillset.
When dialling the new DDIs, it reads 'Unallocated' on the phone and it says 'The number is not recognised'.
Our provider suggests that we must have not set the number up correctly on the BCM, but that they can get BT to look into it - thoughu we will be charged if there isn't a fault their end.
Any help will be appreciated guys!
Forgot to mention that we have an ISDN30!
