Adding FORMS via dreamweaver

I'm designing a site for a company who has the BT Business Package Lite (max). I'm using Dreamweaver.They have asked for a FORMS page so that customers can send feedback. i've been told that it is not just as simple as uploading the Forms page and expecting it to work. I've been told that certain files need to be put in certain places. Can anyone enlighten me / point me to some helpful info? Thanks. Dave

Not too sure about dreamweaver but probably the easiest way to get the forms working is the plug-in script under site builders in the control panel. That will get the necessary perl script into the cgi-bin. From there I would think most forms will work.
