I don't think there is a tool from within website creator that will allow you to build a blog. You could use a third party blog building tool and publish it into a folder. Name that folder something like "blog" and then you can link to it by creating a hyperlink to yourdomain.co.uk/blog. We also have a tool called Easy Blog Builder, so if you see that in your hosting account you definitely set that up and publish it. It will provide you with the correct URL to which to link when you publish.
