I have a domain verification pending and this preventing me setting a new user I need to cancel the verification process to restate my ability to set up new btconnect users how can I do this?

There is no way to cancel the verification process without contacting the tech desk and raising a fault (turnaround time upto 48 hours).
Is your domain name hosted by BT or is it external? If external you should recieve details to verify this.

Thank you, it is an external domain name, i no longer wish it to host my emails through it and need to cancel the verfication process have you contact details of the tech team?
