Additional domain name unable to activate

I have purchased an additional domain name but I am unable to activate  .

Chat lines and phone calls do not help

All I want to know is do I have to purchase another easysite hosting package to use this domain

The web site states you can order additional domain name but syays nothing about being unable to use your existing easysite wizard to access this new domain.

I know I can add a subdirectory to my primary domain but this would be too long

If your current hosting package can support multiple domain, it means that you don't have to purchase another one. This is what you have to learn of. Check the support and ask them about it.
