Advance template manager

i downloaded a template site from my management centre, css format or type, ive loaded it to my public dictionary then found out i needed software programs ie macromedia dream weaver, mx 2004, macromedia flash player mx, adobe photoshop 6, namo web editor and frontpage 2003 which i now have, how do i now publish this template when i have used these softwares to edit it as my main site so public can see it as my old site from bt ews pro is still showing, any help please

When you put your information into the Public it should be viewable online.  I have a questions you say in your post you had to download frontpage and dream weaver, both these are website builders did you build it using one or both of them?
