HI

WE have the £15/month hosting package and am using the Drupal CMS system, I have a need for the apache mod_headers to allow one of the Drupal functions to work . Anyone have any ideas how I can get this enabled

You probably can't get this installed, as from past experience BT will not make changes to the server set up on request.

You might be better trying a different CMS.

The problem is that it is not your server, but rather it is a shared server, and will be hosting hundreds (maybe thousands) of other websites.

The problem is that BT have to maintain the stability of the server for the other users, and cannot go installing non standard apache modules like this without first evaluating any potential impact to other users.

For these reason, BT (and probably most shared hosts) will be relucatant to install such things on request.

Hi,

I have had a reply from the domain team regarding this:

The ticket # 2431833 that was submitted for cadspec.co.uk, regarding your Drupal CMS system related request. Unfortunately the mod_headers will not be enabled for the domain cadspec.co.uk  this is because our platform does not support these mod_headers.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience this will cause.

Kind Regards
