Appointment Manager

I recently bought n eShop with the intention of using it to sell places on my ghost tours online.  I spent three days trying to find a way to set up appointments before phoning BT for support, only to be told that ePages hadn't supplied BT with the Appointrments Manager button, and that I'd need to download a booking template from elsewhere.

I did say when I booked the eShop that my primary use for it would be for taking bookings, and that any sale of products would be secondary, so I'm really disappointed about that.  I'm now faced with the option of finding a good, easy to use (and preferably free) bookings/appointments template or cancelling my eShop.  I'm not very computer-savvy, so it could swing either way.

Can anybody recommend a good template?  Thanks.

I've looked over on Bt Tradespace and I see that they offer a shop and booking system for £10 +vat per month, with a 5% admin fee to BT for PayPal, but I don't want to go down that route, because a) I want to keep costs to my customers down as much as I can (having to add 7-8% would be too much) and b)  I want to keep my shop and website together without having to click through too many links as this would put people off.

Still pondering what to do.
