Can someone tell me why in this day and age it should take me 4 mins to get from google to here?
Can someone tell me why BT own speedchecker tells me I am downloading at 154KB/s but no matter what site I visit and download from the speed my downloads run at are approx 33KB/s?
Can someone tell me why it has taken 3 days for BT to be able to tell me when an engineer can call?
Can someone tell me why when me services was configured to 3000KB/s three days ago and was the best I have ever seen here, but it is now configured to 250KB/s and drops connection?
BT tells me there is nothing wrong with this service and have I tried a different computer, which I have (3 others).
IS IT ME?
