After connecting to the net, the broadband connection box launches and says it is connecting, I cancel and close the box but this action checks the "work offline" option in tools. I then have to uncheck this box before I can continue. Any idea how to stop the broadband connection box from launching please?
It may be that your browser (Internet Explorer?) is set up to use a different connection than your current broadband. If you contact the helpdesk, they can assist you with this, Contact Us.
