We have about 40 lines with BT, most with broadband attached. Up til now we have found we have 2 account numbers, one that starts with a regional letter coding for the phone and one that starts WM for the broadband. So far so good. Recently we noticed on our OneBill that we had several WM accounts that we had no account info for so we phoned up and a very shirty lady told us that they were phone lines. Is this correct? They are not all in the same part of the country so it is a bit odd.
Are there really phone line accounts that start with WM or have we been fobbed off with incorrect info yet again?

Had a similar confusion. For the one line I have a telephone account begining SS and a broadband acount begining WM.
